Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders

  • All custom kennel orfers require a 20% deposit 

  • Once work has begun, cancellations are not elligble for a refund

Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind

  • Under the Austra;ia Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your kennel has a major fault, and a repair if the fault is minor

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
